I like a light gray. Looks classy and good for resell. Yes, black is too dark, especially if you live in a hot climate.

I like the one second from left especially if you want any blue on the house. In the photo it appears to have blue undertones. Blue seems nice with that brick. Is your goal to lighten up the colors or make them deeper/richer? Far left appears brown with green undertones, the dark black seems too dark for this house, and the light gray far right seems neutral, but it’s facing a different angle, so not sure. Your brick appears to have a lot of brown in it. would you consider a brown? I see more options on the 4th board.

Yes we only have bricks in the front and the rest is siding.

Two bigger trees are close to the house but the small purple one is not.

Our current roof is pewter color - more bluish gray.

We feel neutral about pewter and our goal is just to have a good color scheme overall.

Are there only 4 color choices. A nice medium to dark gray is always a good choice. It goes with everything. Stay away from anything that reads brown, green, or blue as it limits your choices for paint and trim colors. A friend used Colonial Slate.

We had a hailstorm last year and had to have our roof replaced. Where we live several houses were having their roofs replaced and our HOA calls for you to have the color “weathered wood”. We started noticing lots of roofs being replaced and the newer shingles are very speckled looking! a house that has a lot of variation in the brick can really look a little crazy if the roof is speckled also. I would just be really careful picking what looks like architectural shingles using sample pictures. If you call the roofing supplier or your roofer they should be able to give you addresses of the colors of shingles you’re interested in so you could actually drive to by that home and see the shingles on an actual home. We found it very helpful and the color “weather wood” is very different looking across different brands of roofing. We chose Malarkey brand their Legacy line in “Weathered Wood” color upgrading to the class 4 impact resistant shingles. you also might check with your insurance company because we paid a little extra to get the class 4 impact resistant shingle and we get a discount on our insurance. Just a few things I learned while picking Roofing last year!

To answer your question on the color I think what you have on there currently works really nicely with your brick. Do you know what color your roofing is? I think the only thing I would change would be to use a darker color on your garage doors not the light color that it is currently.

Often a roofer can give clients addresses of some homes done in the various colors. Ask for that. It helps to see it on a house.

I thought the moire black would be too dark, but unless you live where it is hot and sunny, it would look good on your house. It has quite a bit of gray in it. See below.

Ask to have samples at least 3 feet by 3 feet put up on your roof to make a decision. My roofing company did and I didn't even have to ask. It is going to be a big job and a large sample will help you choose the right one.

One you have the roof installed you will have a better idea what your other options are.

Indeed, everyone in our neighborhood got fancier roof after the hail storm last year. It is hard to find a simple dark gray color roof. Our front yard only gets morning sun so Morie black might not be a good idea. However, the rest of the colors all have different undertones so it is hard to decide. We try to drive around but everyone has different kinds of bricks so a bit hard for us to visualize. We probably have to stay with Certainteed at this point and pick one that will go with the brick.

Also need to pick an exterior window color shortly.

We will need to replace half of our windows and patio doors. Below photo shows the existing window color and the siding color can be changed. No exact match....which one to pick? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The middle one looks to be the best match.
