Probably almost 100% of the multiple thousands of flooded-out homeowners on flood plains, who, having been told after being flooded out two years ago, or last year, that it was a "once in a hundred year flood", and now watching from afar their homes being invaded by all of that water again ... ... or having soldiers help them fill sandbags - or rescue them by vehicle or boat ... ... would find the prospect of a government agency organizing another Ark survival project somewhat distasteful? On the other hand ... sometimes humour helps devastated people survive. But usually they need to generate it themselves, not have it dropped on them by non-sufferers. That said ... I did enjoy the pic, once I'd spent some time figurng out what was going on. We're being told that a number of aspects of global warming/climate change are taking place in Canada, especially the northern parts, twice as fast as in most parts of the world.
