I'm in the process of trying to identify these two myself, at least one of which I believe may be the same as your first pic. I'm thinking possibly pachyphytum something. Hopefully we'll both get an answer out of this!

Hi Gina, no apologies needed:-) people her will chime in on the IDs, it's not a pain at all, and the list is a little less active because it's JUNE, yay, we are all out in the dirt:-) if you don't get a response soon, try this: repost your photos with numbers and just a short request for ID's. That makes it easier for folks to answer. usually you'll get several responses, with each person just IDing a couple plants, rather than one person doing it all. The numbers help make it easier for several folks to each focus on what they know best.

It could be Echeveria affinis 'Black Prince'. Leaves look too narrow, so it could be E. affinis 'Black Knight'. In either case, plant is very etiolated - stretched, looking for more light. Another sign of etiolation is the green color, and the leaves are too far apart. Long stalks are inflorescence - plant is going to bloom. Pls. introduce it to better light; it needs to be growing more compact and dark. It is very nice plant when grown correctly. It should be potted in a container with drainage hole, and in fast draining mix.

#3 (the cute little fuzzy guy) looks to me like Mammillaria plumosa. Someone gave me a small one a couple of years ago. It was just two little white "globes." But I planted it in gritty mix and gave it tons of sun....and it grew into the GLOB that took over the world! These are fun plants, that expand with new "globes" and stay white and fuzzy. Enjoy yours!
