A front porch over the existing stoop, or even larger if you wanted it, shutters on the single window, front door a different color to make it a focal point, paint the siding a different color (or change to a cedar shake look) and pull out the old shrub and re-landscape. Cute house that really doesn't need a ton of changes to make it look better.

I would add a deck to the left side of the house and change out the door to something like the design of the one below and paint it in a color you love. I would also paint the bay window siding to a charcoal - dark gray shade.

I think right sized shutters (raised panel, preferably) on the left window would look good and balance the bump out. Hand prune the bush by the walkway so that it is the height of the bottom of the bump out.

I think I would go soft with colors. I like this light tan with your red brick for the bump out.

I would add little pergola over the porch and wood decking on top of concrete porch and steps ...paint the concrete to match the brick..

Darker siding, wood colored front door, larger light and simpler mailbox.

I think I am going to look into dark gray shake siding on the bump out... replacing the windows to black, add shutters to the one window... I am assuming I will need to replace my gutters to black.

I could see replacing the side steps with steps straight up the front to the door. You could then swing a red brick path over to the driveway or to the street. Where your lower landing is located, and to the downspout (paint them out so they aren’t visible, you could plant low shrubs. I envision this as a cute English cottage. Do the dividers in your windows come out? If so, they could be painted black and snapped back in to go with the black trim noted above. A very cute house!
