I think you are good to go with the darker ORB pulls/hardware. I think it will look beautiful and won't steal the focus of the show. Satin nickel is to light and will pop out too much. Velux has metal components for its skylights. Rather than provide the components in a wide range of colors and add significant expense, the company chose to go with one color that would match with a wide range of tastes and existing roof types and colors. You can find that color online, but it's a dark, green-grey-brown color. It works well and blends with most existing roofs.

IMO the floor needs to be decided first then you work with that choice I would not do tinted windows ever so can't really comment that any further I wonder why bronze at all with a gray roof . IMO warm and cool colors schemes are hard to oull off successfully so maybe a bit more context as to why these choices. I would need to have more info as to your style and the layout of the house and kitchen to make any guess as to what color for cabinets.I sure hope no quartz in these choices .

Beautiful river stone house. Search the internet with "river stone" or "river rock house." Metal roofs, even if you dislike yours, are very desirable, especially if they're in cold climates. Leave it, and put your money into power washing the stone and in landscaping. Trim paint should be taupe. Go for a cottage garden look with the landscaping. That takes the focus off the roof even though for many people it's an asset, not a liability. Notice the taupe trim around windows and doors below with stone the color of yours. Also, note the stone walkway that echos the stone supports. Get a nice wood front door or a painted one--red or pale turquoise as in photos below. Spend your budget on great foundation and cottage garden landscaping. It's a diamond in the rough and a beautiful house. Also, powerwash or coat the driveway. Stained surfaces like the stone and asphalt make a poor first impression and also compromise the surface. So start there.
