Deciding on house colors. Any suggestions? If I just painted trim?
Comments (7)I like your right hand two story block - looks very modern with the lighter trim. I would paint all the trim that lighter color, but the inset area by the front door ( the cross ) I would treat differently. There I would paint it all ( trim and siding ) a very dark color so that the cross is lost visually. Then a nice bright contrasting front door....See Moreany suggestions fro deck house paint color
Comments (5)what do you want to do w/the color? lighten it? have it blend w/landscape? would you want to do the brick? you're replacing railing, but what about the deck itself? maybe do a composite type of cedar decking w/black rail similar brick color w/a gray siding color dark charcoal might loo nice w/the brick you have Iron Ore or Urbane Bronze some others...See MoreAny suggestions for paint color for accent shakes?

Comments (5)I think you need to find that perfect balance of minimal and cozy they are not as a rule easy to do. I hate sectionals always so think sofa 2 chairs or even sofa one chair This looks like a nice home but for us to helo you we need to scale floor plans done on graph paper and posted here in comments in jpeg. Then we need info as to how many seats for sure ....See MoreSina Sadeddin Architectural Design
