Please help me decide which sink to get

I'm going back and forth trying to make a decision on sinks, and figured I could get some good guidance from y'all.

I know that I want a workstation sink, and I also want to install 2 faucets since I don't see how I have room for a prep sink (and I'm not sure that I'd want a separate sink anyway), but I do want to be able to allow for two people at one time. I also would love to have a siligranite sink, since that's what I have now. Bonus points for an apron front sink.

Since I can't find a 36" siligranite workstation sink, I need to decide between the larger sink with 2 faucets in stainless steel, or the smaller sink with 1 faucet in siligranite.
