Yucca Cane - Yellowing Dry leaves

Marissa Smith

My Yucca Cane is losing its bottom leaves. I repotted it about a week ago, and there was a tiny bit of white fuzzy mold in the soil, below the surface, near the roots.

I read that this kind of mold isnt necessarily bad for the plant, but now I'm wondering if the plant has some sort of fugal infection. I noticed some black specks on one of the yellowing leaves.

I was thinking of giving it a 1/2 water 1/2 peroxide flush through the soil but I don't want to run the risk of it being overwatered, since I think thats likely how the mold grew in the soil in the first place.

The soil is damp currently and it gets quite a bit of sun and some help from growing lights.

Any advice is very appreciated!
