Look at this craigslist rescue

Picked this up last week from a seller that was moving and these were too big to take. Seller was trying her hand at growing seeds and was lucky to have all of them sprout about a year ago. Wish me luck trying to save all of them, a few of them are over 46" and need to be topped. Should I clip them now and let them recover before trying to move them into individual pots? Or should I move them now and wait for the roots to recover then cut them back?
