Art work question
Comments (2)Can you go back to the store and look at the back to see if it has any information or the name of the artist. If nothing, maybe ask the floral or store manager....See Morewall art question and ideas
Comments (8)You can pick very similar paintings (like in a diptych you know? same subject same painter-different details), and put them together next to each other. I wouldn't separate them by anything in that case. But I wouldn't do two identical ones. They have to differ at least ever so slightly..for example photographs or artworks that are identical but printed in different colorways... Don't settle for anything that just goes and you're not too crazy about it. This feeling usually doesn't change:) Just increases, in my experience. Return the one you don't like that much, put the one you love in a different spot, and continue to look for something that you would love unconditionally over that sofa:) Cheap sources for art(original and prints)-E Bay, Etsy..you might be pleasantly surprised with choice and prices. Many artists there.. Also-Everything But The House. Bids start from one dollar there..of course if it's fine art it gets really expensive in the end, but some less known, nice, simpler works can be won for real cheap....See Moreideas for art work on this wall?
Comments (13)IMO you buy art because you love it not because it “goes “ with the decor. I think one of the giant floral wallpapers would be great on that wall. BTW wood slat blinds and that chandelier do not work together...See MoreArt Art Art! Need suggestions for on or above fireplace decor.
Comments (17)I post accessories because it would matter as to your art.... https://www.etsy.com/listing/915171928/18x18-throw-pillow-cover-thick-linen?click_key=00a9f6202d0d370c94866a7792e57679f5864f1f%3A915171928&click_sum=13fd9e20&ref=internal_similar_listing_bot-6 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- https://www.etsy.com/listing/877047017/william-morris-throw-pillow-cover-morris?ref=listing_page_ad_row-5&pro=1&frs=1&listing_id=877047017&listing_slug=william-morris-throw-pillow-cover-morris&plkey=2181f9bb37e207d1eaef8b9df895fd763e6e75b4%3A877047017...See MoreMar N
