Delta kitchen single handle faucet removal

I have the faucet shown in this video. The part that's stuck - the nut- is from around 1:30-2:30. the set screws are corroded and stripped. I tried to drill out one of them but the top of the screw came off. Scared to be the below side of gravity of a dremel to flatten off that screw. But even if I did, I'm still not sure about how to get the nut off. It's stuck to the rusted washer. Would a basin wrench work on this? It not regular shaped :-( Also, not sure how to get any wd-40 into the screw threads to maybe help loosen it - gravity not my friend again.

TIA!
