Is something wrong with the old mirror? Looks like it's a match to the dresser, and if so, I think it may be better than using a mismatched piece.

Options for the dresser

Do you have mirror(s) in bathroom? If so, I suggest no mirror over dresser. I would hang something that makes me smile in the morning. That’s when I need it the most. Is there any color in this room or all neutrals? The dresser has a Frank Lloyd Wright look about it style-wise. Look for a print of Falling Water. It is his famous house in Pennsylvania.

I like the round mirror, but it looks a little small.

There is color in the floral duvet cover or I could use a white duvet cover. The floral duvet cover seems to be summer colors. I'm wondering if the white one would be a better choice and I can add color in the pillows on the bed and possibly curtains and shower curtain and towels in the en-suite bathroom. I'm including a picture of both duvet covers.

Here are the choices the white one has pillow covers as well and the one I would be using has herringbone pattern on it.
