Dressing/Stuffing For 20 People

I will be making a 13 x 9 casserole which calls for 2 pounds of bread and 2 pounds of sausage and of course some onions/celery and spices and 6 cups of stock and 4 eggs. Should I double the recipe or maybe make another half recipe for 20 people? Thanks so much!
