Do i need to fill in the gap at the bottom back of the Cabinets?

I have been installing my Ikea kitchen and have hung the suspension rails, nicely screwed into wood. However, since the walls are not plumb, after I hang the cabinets and level them with the legs there is a little gap between the wall and the little plastic insert that you nail on to the bottom of the cabinet. I have attached a photo which was taken from under the cabinet. You can see that there is a gap. I think I would like to fill this in with a piece of wood so it has something hard to rest on. This is not the only one, the whole row of cabinets is like this and varies from 1/8 to 1/4 inch. My concern is that if i leave it free hanging then when i put on the quartz counter top then there might be too much weight on those plastic Ikea legs.

What do you think? Do I shim it behind so the cabinet tends to rest on something solid?

Thanks.
