Lgmd, I have a Quick Fire, but it's young . . . and looking at your beauty, I think I planted mine in the wrong place. I thought it was going to be significantly smaller than my Limelights and Pillow Talk, but yours looks big. Oh, wait--I have Little Quick Fire. Maybe that explains it. Anyway, yours is lovely! Iris, in my experience all the paniculatas are deer candy. I have to spray with Liquid Fence or something similar. But they're worth growing.

Nicole, that zebra is the real deal, but the fabric on the pillow on the sofa is a tapestry weave, and I have not made the pillows yet, as I am waiting for new pillow forms. The dining chair is actually very comfortable, and I designed it specifically to fit my body. I made a cardboard model for the chair before it was manufactured, and I fitted the cardboard chair back to my back so that the contour would be correct and so that it would be low enough on the ends to be comfortable. I wish I had a pair of these chairs, and I don't know how to get any of them now, as the company has closed its doors😞. Here's a cardboard model I made for a similar chair, but this one has an upholstered back, and so it was easier:This was still a relatively difficult model to make because of the compound curves, and so it took me a while to get the shape the way I wanted it. Without the model, the frame makers would not have known how to make this, as it was also difficult to draw in orthographic projection. This version is an occasional chair.

Quilt made out of hubby's shirts and comfy pants. I don't use it, I have it on the back of the sofa. A crocheted afghan that I made 5 years ago. I seldom use it because it's too warm! I should have gone with a lighter weight wool. (It's folded in the pic)
