eBay sellers..photo question...
Comments (8)I didn't know that, Jenni. Do you just put the html code into your listing as you do on GardenWeb? I ususally just put in one picture which I have on my computer. Have never used a site like photobucket or whatever. Good luck selling. I have two things listed now and no interest yet. I never sell anything worth much and by the time I pay the fees, I don't make much either. It's basically just a way of recycling stuff and making a couple bucks....See MoreQuestion for eBay sellers.....
Comments (16)Just one of many reasons some people aren't selling on ebay anymore. Between the ridiculous feedback changes and the fee changes it has become such a different arena that many seller's are opting out. Ebay is trying to get more of the pie, so they have upped the fees to the point that you need to sell on a large scale in order to make a profit in the end. In Australia, Ebay is forcing buyers to use Paypal only - as a test that they may or may not implement in other countries. Why? Because then they get a percentage of every money transaction on the site. Ebay has gotten very greedy over the past few years. Etsy has taken some of the business away. Craigslist, some. Only a matter of time before another site pops up that isn't so money hungry. As I have said previously, I made a lot of money on ebay over the first few years. If the tax department ever looks at my ebay transactions for the first 3 years I was on there I am probably gonna get a bill. But it's a whole different ballgame these days, and often too time intensive for the rewards. I still buy things occasionally, but my selling days are over on ebay. Can't say that I miss the daily trek to the post office. Suzan J...See Morefor eBay sellers
Comments (9)She'll need to cancel the transaction or be charged the seller's fee for a sold item...And, since she can't leave negative feedback for a buyer, something needs to be recorded that Ebay could be alerted this person is not keeping their commitment they've made, that bid is a contract in their eyes. Ebay considers an item as 'unpaid' after two days from auction end. I usually use 72 hours as a guide. But really, with this being a holiday week, you might want to give some thought that the buyer may by gone, or have a house full :) Have you checked the buyers feedback rating, see if there is anything suspect there that would make you want to just go ahead and file unpaid claim, get the sale off your record? That could make a difference in how I treated the silence you're getting from your buyer....See MoreGood eBay seller for adenium arabicum seeds
Comments (19)So Adobowizzzy, I received my order today from Adeniumcenter, he gave me extra seeds which is a star in my book. I also bought some black RCN of the dwarf variety. Everything was neatly packed and labeled, paperwork in order. I'm not sure if you are mistyping or if spell check is being your worst enemy but the correct term is Adenium obesum. I am constantly battling with spell check in my posts, assuming this is the same for you ;) The answer to your grafting question is yes, they can be crossed for grafting between A. arabicum and A. obesum.
