"They" say that with most people living in a/c homes, driving a/c cars and working in white collar jobs, we don't get dirty as we used to. So daily hair washing isn't necessary, nor is it good for your hair.

It's not like we're all farming the land, and doing every single solitary thing by hand/manual labour anymore.

9 /2= 4.5 times per week

So I work out (moderate to high intensity) at least 3x a week for 1 - 2 hours each session, then on the days I don't work out there's always plenty of yard work to be done. I couldn't imagine not washing my hair after those activities, yuck!

Obviously, the frequency of hair washing is dependent on activities. That should go without saying........
