bathroom vanity light question

We are starting a bathroom remodel tomorrow and moving from a 96” vanity to 72” freestanding furniture type vanity with separate linen cabinet. I would prefer a large mirror (which I’ve bought and is 68” long) and I like wall sconce lights and have 2 of them and a 24” over mid vanity light. I’m thinking now that the 24” isn’t long enough and I don’t see any pictures of people using sconce lights AND over mirror lights. The negative for 2 mirrors for me is I will do hair and makeup over the middle section of the vanity and there would be no mirror in that space which is why I opted for larger mirror. Should I forget the side sconces and just get a bigger light across the top or is it more aesthetically desirable to do 2 mirrors and the 3 wall sconces? The mirror I have is framed with beveled edges so I assume we can’t cut into it to install a middle sconce.
