Comments (21)Well Kathi, I have to confess that I am the same way. We had new flower beds dug in our backyard in March and I decided to take the economical way and bought a lot of bulbs and seeds. I took a Friday off and planted all my seeds and bulbs. The next day, I'm out there looking for signs of life. lolol That's been over two months ago and things are just now starting to pop up. I have bought some other plants just because it was driving me crazy to not see anything, but now things are finally starting to sprout....See More

I used to collect jewelry when I worked in the high tech world. This little pendant 14k w/ opal(has an open back) from the Coober Pedy mine in Australia. National Geographic has a video on THIS mine...interesting I think People live "underground" here....lgmd_gaz thanked User
6 years agoI love this!!! A company in Mexico has made compostable utensils made out of avocado pits! To me this is a win-win and a no-brainer.
I posted this on our local Food group and no one had anything to say except one guy who said that I should be ashamed putting the forks in right side up. Geesh, it's not my photo, it's a stock of the company.

6 years agoMy collection is teapots, but owl show you a cute little guy that came to our farmers market last year. He's part of group of rescued birds that cannot be released so they are used for education.
