How do I fix this, on my computer?

Since my computer did an update, when I want to upload a picture (to the KT and others), my pics all show as the number and jpg instead of the actual picture. So I have to look at the pic on my desktop and try to memorize the number that goes along with it, and click on that number to post it here.

Why doesn't the picture itself show up, when they show up on my desktop?

In pictures go to view and choose icons.

When you are sitting there looking at the page of photos with numbers, look in a corner, often the lower right, for a small icon and click on it. It should toggle between "View Details" and "View Thumbnails." You want Thumbnails.

Peeling Paint- How do I fix this?

Basements are damp, and your paint simply isn't drying. You would most likely have had this problem even with the best brand of paints. Removing the tape immediately and slowly is your best defense, but in these situations if you can paint the room without it, that's the way to go. If you must use tape, try the green one instead of blue. If the primer is water-based, not sure what the negative effects of having mineral spirits mixed in it. I would think you would have had difficulty in the application process, but that's never happened to me, so don't know. To repair those areas that peeled, I would use wallboard compound, sand and prime. Bullseye 123 is fine. If it's new, unfinished drywall, I would use a PVA primer.

This was also in our case...the water leak was a very small one and we didn't actually noticed it until we saw the damage on the cabinets. I would have preferred a bigger water damage so I would have seen it before and possibly prevented the damage on the cabinets. Sometimes small water leaks are worse :)

I took a screen shot. When I click on Photo to post a pic, my pics to choose from only show as numbers. They're pictures on the desktop itself, but not when I want to post them. You can click on the pic for a clearer idea.
