Comments (25)Vote for my guy. Vote for the other guy. I don't care -- just vote. By mail, early in person, at the polls on the first Tuesday in November. Comments (14)Volunteer Honeynut squash, which started in the middle of my sweet potatoes. Now that the sweet potatoes are gone the squash has taken over the bed. I ate a couple babies/blossums yesterday because they aren't going to make it before the first frost. The leaves are huge. Honeynut is a hybrid but the little squash that's almost ready to pick looks just like a Honeynut from the original seed. Will be interesting to see how it tastes....See More

These were growing at our place in upstate PA on top of an old oak tree stump beneath the mulch.Grifola frondosa, a polypore mushroom but we've always called it Hen of the Woods.
6 years agoGood morning to all! I have started the day by finishing this puzzle, one of the most fun I have done! No trees, flowers, mountains to struggle with just a little ocean!
6 years agoTomato basil tartlets made by one of the vendors of our farmers market. Looks like mine are right side up again now. Crazy stuff.
