Help w/ colonial exterior colors

Hi all, we are looking to make the following changes to the exterior of our colonial suburban house. Would appreciate hearing what you all think.

--New garage door, which is currently offwhite but doesn't match the trim or front door; have the new door painted to match the house siding, which is Hardie Plank Cobblestone

--Paint the shutters SW Greenblack (only HOA-approved color that is close to real black); shutters are currently dark reddish-brown

--Leave the front door white as the house faces west and gets brutal afternoon sun, but replace all of the silver hardware with black hardware

--Replace silver light fixtures with black fixtures

--Landscaping will come later but I know it's important

--I got quotes for white vinyl railings along the brick steps/porch and they ranged from $3k-$4k, which seems like a ton for a railing

--Notes: the house trim is supposed to be Hardie Plank Arctic White but is definitely more off-white from age; the roof is new and gray

What do you all think? Any other suggestions?
