I was not familiar with this hosta so of course looked it up. I don’t think I have ever seen such varied pictures of one specimen. First it’s a new plant, then it looks like a June, then Paul’s Glory then to an almost all yellow plant. Whatever is happening it will be interesting and I will want to see the end result. will you separately plant the small all blue leaves?

There’s a chance the little blue one is just a seedling from somewhere.

Reading all your comments, I think I’ll remove it from the pot and see what’s going on under the surface.

I may put it in the ground as you suggest, Ken. But I’m working on getting a bunch of others into the ground as well... mostly others that I’ve had longer.

Also house-training a new puppy, and recovering from DD’s wedding. There’s been a whole lot going on around here this summer.... things unforeseen when I was ordering hostas earier in the year! Lol. Thank goodness they’re hostas and take a little neglect.
