The home was built in 2011 and hasn’t been painted since. It has a Hardie style exterior and mahogany deck. The cul de sac has six beautiful custom homes, but the house next door is almost an identical color.

Now is the time to repaint or update some things, but cannot do anything major, like structural changes due to cost restraints.

Any thoughts on different paint colors, window trim, shutters, etc?

We’ve been seeing a lot of homes popping up in the Newport area with the white siding, black window trim and then a mix of horizontal hardie style, along with a vertical barn board look on another section of the home. I may not be doing the description justice, but it looks great and I think we can do something to this home to make it pop.
