Comments (56)I’m also considering the axis reversible chaise. I’ve called several C&B stores to ask about it and they argued with me saying that it doesn’t come with a reversible chaise. Wish the employees were familiar with their products....See MoreRoom & Board vs Crate and Barrel Sectional from the same manufacturer
Comments (27)@Salina For the year we had the C&B Axis II it held up exceptionally well. Cushions looked just as they did when new. On the couple of occasions when a spill occurred, the stock Douglas fabric did what it's advertised to do - liquid rolled off and it resisted any staining. I say 'had' because we needed to leave it behind when we sold that much-too-big house for one half the size, tucked up high on a mountain top in California - where we are now. But we did like the Axis so much we're planning to buy a smaller version of it, once the remodel of the new place is complete....See MoreCrate and Barrel Lounge sectional or Arhaus Kipton sectional?
Comments (12)I have been happy to see Crate & Barrel bringing back the bumper sectionals. I was seriously considering the Axis bumper sectional, but ended up going with a different brand without a bumper (due to my specific use). Keep in mind that the C&B Lounge is really really deep. 29"! I have a 27" deep Room & Board sectional (with a bumper) and while I do love it, at 5'6" my feet definitely do not touch the ground sitting normally on it. I'm pretty sure 21"-23" seat depth is more "normal". I ordered something with a 24" depth for just a little extra depth for my 6'3" husband's long legs. The outside depth of the Arhaus Kipton is 2" less than the Lounge or you can order it an even shallower size. Just something to keep in mind when you're choosing....See MoreCrate and Barrel Nouveau Sectional
Comments (4)IMO sectionals are the most expensive way to but a bunch of middle seats on a sofa. Comfort comes from arm rests no matter how big the sectional there are 2 so you have 2 people that are comfy and the rest all lind up like kids birthday party all those seats just like sitting in the dreaded middle seat on a sofa. I like a sofa and 2 choirs for the most comfy seating for 4 and for furniture arranging....See MoreSha Design LLC
