Yes to the wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling curtains. Group your artwork closer together so it reads as a unit, then lower the whole grouping about a foot.

Agree that drapes should cover the entire wall -- wall to wall and floor to ceiling (but not drooping on the floor).

Is the door entering the room that door near the head of the bed?

If so ... just wondering ... how much room there is from the foot of the bed to the wall opposite the patio door? As in, could you flip the bed and literally center it in the room and be able to walk all the way around it (with or without the headboard) and use a remote switch to turn the lights on/off rather than use a bedside table?

Thank you everyone for your input. Wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling curtains is what I was leaning towards. Now to find somethings sheer enough to allow daylight in as these are the only windows in the room. The headboard was originally on the wall with the pictures. Once I get everything planned out I will adjust the height and placement. Great advice!
The opposite wall is about 4 feet from the foot of the bed. I would love to get rid of the nightstand however my husband is in love with it and we have no other place to use it.

Do use a double rod and use drapes for privacy on the outer rod and white or pale sheers on the inner rod. Choose the less expensive white flat rods that are hidden in rod pockets to better cover the entire space. Use three (or five if very narrow) drape panels. That way you can put one panel of your drapes in the middle of the wall covering any vertical support for the patio doors and thereby create the illusion of two centered windows..

Suncatchers can help keep birds from crashing into patio doors and add color and interest to a room..

Also, lighter solid colors -- or at least uncomplicated patterns -- will be less likely to visually shrink the size of the room.

Those mirrors aren't doing anything for that wall between the doors and occupy too much space. Choose a nice piece of art that is no more than half the width of the wall and hang it in the center at eye level.

What would be cool for a nightstand there would be a custom piece, maybe even mounted to the wall that took the shape of that odd angle by the bed. Then instead of a table lamp, an articulating wall sconce.

I like the wall to wall but not sheers. however, if that is the only window exterior exit to the room I would not block them. How would anyone get out in case of fire?

Thank you. There is a door to the right of the bed as well as a window in the bathroom. Two points of exit.

Since the nightstand is small and I see no chests of drawers or dresser, you might consider hanging the two smaller mirrors elsewhere and center the larger mirror over a modern rectangle box shelf (with or without a door over or drawer within the box) so that your guests could use it for their hairbrush, cell phone and other pocket items while visiting.

The smaller mirrors might be better suited separate and hang each of them on a short wall suitable to their size, perhaps in an entry or another bedroom or hall.
