What work is going to take place in your shop? It seems a bit on the small size for a woodworking shop, or a car hobbyist. We built a 30' x 54' with 1/3 of that as a machine shop, and the rest as automobile bays, with a lift in one. It's still not big enough! Stuff expands to fill the space available. :-)

Can you do a rough sketch? I'm confused about the 10x10 and where it is in relationship to the shop and the driveway, and why someone would try to drive into it.

I can try and sketch it later but it’s going to be mainly for storage and eventually maybe a small truck for me to use to tote around flowers or garden stuff without messing up our nice vehicles! No real workshop or hobby’s other than gardening

(As well as on other sides of the building, for sunshine and air flow. Always best to discourage critters, who like dark cozy spaces, from taking up residence.)

You could add a window (fake or real, doesn't matter) for balance. You could also add some shrubbery at that area to eliminate the unbalance.

Yes, there will be a door on the left side and can’t go bigger. Size constraints of the neighborhood that we may be already going slightly over what we are technically supposed to in our neighborhood rules. Luckily no real HOA and we are rural with no requirements otherwise. Just don’t want to push the envelope too far.
