What to do with triangular space in closet

For my condo renovation, we will reduce the size of the foyer to relocate a bedroom closet. To do this, we are extending the length of a diagonal wall to meet a wall that is anchored by a structural column. This naturally creates a triangle in the back wall of the closet.

The question is what to do with that triangular space? Would love this community's creative ideas.

Some options I can think of: (1) make a custom shelf at the back of the closet but then square off the back wall so things don't get lost in the corner, or (2) square off the triangle along that added vertical wall (so the entire back wall of the closet is squared off) but add a door from the foyer to serve as a triangular foyer closet (about 4 sq ft) for guest jackets or a broom closet. Option 2 seems like a more maximal use of space, but I worry that a door off a long diagonal wall may look strange and disrupt the clean lines of the entry.
