Fiddle leaf fig tree too heavy on one side & leaning: What to do?

L T

I think it's time to prune this fiddle leaf fig. It's about 10' tall and is growing so many leaves on one side that it's severely leaning:

I believe the left side of this tree should be trimmed, but I'm afraid to do it without also root pruning.

Problem is, this plant is way too big to root prune on my own. I'm sure it weighs maybe a hundred pounds (including the pot of dirt), and its branches spread out 360º, making it very hard to just lay on the ground to prune.

Any advice on how to counteract this leaning?!
