Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace That’s the carriage that was in the coronation yesterday. I visited there to see the stables but was very surprised to find out that it not only stabled the horses but also housed the carriages and automobiles. It was the family garage! When we were there, they were working on bomb proofing some of the horses. (LOL, those pictured were very bomb proof as they are not real and those are mannequins? on them. I couldn’t fit all eight in the photo. The bomb proofing was going on in one of the arenas which I believe was for the palace guard)

This robin must have been orphaned as a baby and then raised by a seed eating type of bird. It eats from our feeders all the time. No other robins associate with it, or it with them.

it looks like an art installation of a lizard or alligator being fed into an old wringer washer to me, it looks more like one of those plastic bag sealer thingies with an electric(?) can opener on the right side. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My dad constructed this coffee table/bench back in the 1950s, from salvaged antique wood purportedly from a butcher's shop. It survived the hurricane storm surge, and I scraped and sanded off the old finish and oiled/waxed it. We like all the dings, knots and scratches just the way they are 😊 (that pile of metal thingies upper left is drum hardware)
