Pictures of your Master Bedroom, Please
Comments (23)Here's the other pictures of the bedroom. I'm going to be changing the window treatment for sure, I'm going to paint out the window trim so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb, also getting new taller drapes, I have a shade for the sun, it's west facing, so I really need that, in the picture it's down. I saw some beautiful drapes at Restoration Hardware, just have to make up my mind which ones to get.We have 3 doors in the bedroom, 1 to the bathroom, 1 to the walk in closet and 1 to the hall way. Also a picture of my Stressless Chair by the bed....See Moreis pink color OK for the master bedroom pink color for master bedroom
Comments (25)Yes, I think pink is a beautiful color for a master bedroom! The trick is picking the right pink and then balancing it with other elements that are not overly feminine. I love pink and brown together, or black. When choosing a grownup ink go to the brown section in your color deck. As you move up to the lighter colors you will see what I refer to as dirty pinks. These are softer, more pleasing pinks that men can love....See MoreFinishing touches on pink master bedroom: PLEASE HELP!

I'd love to do the whole wall - I just have another chain on here with my entryway and alot of people have said my living room is too busy as it is haha I really did want to do the wall paper though. Comments (13)@shirlpp Forget the centering question. Thoughts on a headboard going right up against the window? Would that look strange? @Lisa Caudill Same question about the headboard you like going right up against the window? And what are your thoughts on the bed you liked if I don't get the extra left/right panels? That would make the headboard the same width as the mattress, would it still be your pick for this room or would you go with a different bed? I have decided against having the bed off-center because of the fireplace wall and especially the TV on that wall. I think it would look weird plus it makes no sense to have a TV that is meant for watching in bed but is totally to the left of the bed. So the only options I'm considering are a bed with a traditional sized headboard or an extra wide headboard that goes right up to the window. Both would be centered on the room and on the fireplace wall. This is the fireplace wall with the accent light on, in case that increases the appeal of either of the beds with the LED accent lighting...See Moreloobab
