My succulents are dying

I just notice that my succulents leaves are turning brown and some of the stalks are bending.

I uploaded 4 photos, I think it might be my internet connection that is bad kkk

I water it once or twice a week, only when I touch the soil and it is dry.

If the base is squishy, it's rotting and you'll have to take a cutting and re root it. Take a wooden skewer or chopstick and put it in the soil for a few minutes. Pull it out to see it if it is damp. If it's damp, don't water. Your plant needs more light. Do you have a window which gets more light, like south facing? If so transition slowly into that light. If you want to put more effort into it, get a bag of cactus and succulent planting mix and a bag of perlite or pumice. Mix 50-50, repot your plant. Don't water for a day or two. When you water, let the water run out the bottom hole, I don't just water a little bit. your plant needs bright light to full sun and fast draining soil. The morning sun it's getting, it needs all day.

Your plant probably needs more light. Transition into at least morning light afternoon shade. Possibly too wet and in a soil which holds too much water, probably needs a repot with a faster draining soil. Get commercial cactus/succulent mix and combine 50/50 with perlite or pumice and repot. This is a succulent--succulent means juicy--it hold water in leaves and stem, so if the soil is too wet, the plant rots. Cannot tell about the pot, probably clay or plastic with hole in the bottom, right? If you repot, don't use a bigger pot and don't pot your plant low. My 2 cents!

The stem could have just dried up. Or, it may have been rotting first and then dried up. Can't really tell. Soil it is in looks like peat, and could have been kept too wet or too dry. Not sure if you can save any of it. You could cut off those still green & live-looking pieces. Let them callus for just a while, then stick in a very well draining mix. Not peat. Many ppl use mix of coarse perlite and Cactus & Succulent soil in 50/50 ratio, maybe you should try that mix. I wonder about white area on one of the branches - circled in red:That may be just salt deposits, but could be mealy bugs too - I can't tell from your photo. See if it will wipe off easily, using paper towel or cotton ball. If bugs, you should wipe it off with something moistened with rubbing alcohol. Any pot used for plants should have drainage holes - can't tell if yours does or doesn't...

Gabby I believe you already had a thread about these plants= here = and few ppl responded. I don't remember what soil mix you used, but Gasteria has some rot - at least leaves you are showing do. Last plant - looks like xGraptoveria 'Fred Ives' to me; but there are few very similar looking Echeverias - is one of the easiest plants to reroot. If roots were totally dry, cutting them all off shouldn't be problem. Just insert into dry mix and let it be. They root even without any soil- look at these: Plant that you think is jade is actually Portulacaria afra - not related to jade. From what you describe, it sounds like they were quite dry and now maybe some overwatering, visible on gasteria. I do not know what else to suggest except what was already said.

I don't believe they require to much watering, they store and reserve water in the petals over watering can cause it to kinda drown with nothing to do with the excess water. But im no genius to this just did a lot of reading up on these I have new ones

Oldest leaves will slowly dry up, shrivel and fall off. That is normal. It looks like you have too many yellowing at the same time. That could be for few reasons - overwatering being one of them (and more common).

Bending of stem could be result of too much water, or it could be because plant is reaching for more light.

Succulents should be poted in fast draining mix, and container with drainage hole. When watered, they should be watered thoroughly, and any excess water should be drained off. Tha could be 1x/week, or longer or sometimes bit shorter. Depends on plant, temperatures & time of year, and the mix. Touching surface of the soil is not enough. Get a bamboo/wooden skewer or chopstic (or pencil). Insert deep inside of pot, about 3/4 deep or even more. Leave in for few minutes, then pull out. If stick is dry - time to water. If still damp, wait longer. Make sure you do not leave pot sitting in a saucer full of water.

It would be recommended to repot plant into well draining mix - looks like it is in original, probably peat.
