Happy Easter everyone. We've had a weekend of eating it seems ;) Friday night out, My SIL and her husband took us to dinner for our anniversary....44 years ;) Yesterday was an early Easter breakfast with DH's family, planned so everyone would be free today for other things. Our latest great nephew, 9 weeks now, was of course the center of attention and our entertainment. Today we're meeting my family after everyone has gone to their own churches for Easter lunch. Location most central so no one has to drive too far - we'll have a restaurant Easter but that's fine, I haven't seen my brother and his family since Christmas and I'm looking forward to it. I'm trading cooking and cleanup for a two hr drive but, works for me...

plllog, not speaking for dcarch (so should probably keep my mouth shut!) but I think it's why he's paired it with the rib steak, and mentions ham as it's an Easter tradition for those who don't keep kosher... or those who aren't Jewish (?) I could be totally wrong on the intent, of course. My apologies, dcarch, if I am... dcarch: "as was pointed out, SV = sous vide. A very fancy word for an automatic cooking method designed for some one like me who can't cook. :-)" That, dear sir, is a bald-faced lie : ) We all know you can cook. But yes, it's wonderful for those who have difficulties with some things, and wonderful in so many other ways.

It's a late Easter this year, so maybe a dogwood flower would be more appropriate here, but I love your crocus anyway :) Happy Easter.
