Comments (3)I would not accept that bank as is. It will be an ongoing problem the way it is so steeply graded. With runoff, erosion and flooding. Have all drainage solutions in place before laying sod. Mark off your deep foundation beds now and cover in mulch, pine straw would be the easiest.
