I'm going to be adding a connector room between the house and garage.

The room will need to be an "L" shape and I'm wondering what type of flooring would be best. I love the look of tile and stone, but both cost and installation have me quite hesitant. I'm also concerned about coldness, in the winter, hardness and "weeping" moisture in the summer, as well as grout that always seems to crack and come out. (I live in central Vermont)The room will be large (500 sq. feet or so) and will have french doors, lots of windows and skylights. I plan to use it like a sunroom and have lots of plants, so I want flooring that will be sturdy and permanent. The flooring center suggested Luxury Vinyl Plank. The price is fine, but it just doesn't look very realistic to me. Of course, it's hard to tell with a 3" square of the stuff. I will have rugs in the room, so I could deal with that if it is the best way to go. I would welcome any suggestions and advice offered.
