Can't log in to GardenWeb from my cell phone
Comments (7)have you tried with a different browser on your cell phone? I have several browsers I use on my phone, firefox, opera mini, and dolphin HD, all are very good but some work better for some things than others. For GW I often use firefox since I can add on adblock plus and easylist which helps block a lot of the ads that make it almost impossible when on a cell phone sized screen. So you may want to try that they are all free and will install in seconds, it you decide you don't want them just go to manage applications and uninstall it. Your phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread so all of those browsers should be easily available to you from the market. you might also go into your browser settings on the phone and clear all the cache and cookies and stuff see if that might help. To do that on the phone open your browser window then click on your menu button then on the more option , then settings scroll through there to find the cache, cookie, history form data etc try clearing all that it might have saved a corrupt cookie or something....See MoreCan't post more than one photo! Comments (18)Thanks, I am excited about how it looks since I was so nervous it would be too much that I almost had them install it as an accent behind the bar area which meant it would have to be made into a long pattern. I really wanted my island slab in Before I decided about putting it behind my cooktop. 'twas not to be with the crazy timing of my workers; so I took a deep breath and said ,"go for it"! I'm now basically wiped out with all the decisions. I am really on my own with all of these decisions since my DH has abdicated any responsibility ( except for the all important money aspect). He gave me a good budget if it only covered the kitchen but somehow it needs to cover a face lift of most of the house, including ALL of the flooring. I hired a KD for 5 hours as a sounding board for my vision of my kitchen. she gave me a few sketches with no dimensions. Beyond that, she's been available by text.... Hoping we'll be finished with the kitchen next week. My DH has been awesome and uncomplaining throughout. I guess I am one lucky girl. It's been sort of a dream to finally try out all of these ideas floating around in my head for the past 12 years in a kitchen I never liked. Hope it turns out . A fun adventure that I am so enjoying sharing and learning from all the GWers here. Thanks! . Heres Another shot. The mullions above will have antiqued mirrors.... No wonder I have been afraid to post photos. There's a lot of "clowns in my kitchen" And i hate clowns! But I love beautiful things that appeal to my eye....See MoreCan't Post From iPhone
Comments (7)Super yummy! Johnliu, are you using the Houzz app or your browser? And have you tried the usual things? Being: Close all apps. (They don't close just because you exit) Turn the phone off and on. Reset the phone. Delete and reinstall the app. Install updates to iOS, browser and app. Or maybe since it's working for Sleevendog, it's all better now?...See MoreChanged phones from iphone to android and can't respond to you all
Comments (10)When I used Android, I also encountered similar problems. Probably there were even many times more of them. With the iPhone I don't have most of the problems. I switched to iPhone more than 5 years ago and only changed 2 models. Whereas with androids I had a hard time after a year of using the phone. I decided to try another model because my last android was stolen. So the first thing I did as soon as I bought an expensive phone at the time was to take care of identification and security purposes. I quickly found a good website that helped me find out the IMEI number on my IPhone so that if it was lost or stolen it could be easily found....See Morededtired
