Yellowing Monstera Adansonii?!

Taylor Price
Recently my Monstera Adansonii developed two yellow leaves at the base of the plant, closest to the roots. It has been hanging in a macrame planter about a foot from a Southern facing window and thrived for the several months it has been mine. It has literally grown two feet since the attached picture! I decided to go ahead and repot it since I've transitioned over to making my own soil and noticed that the yellowing goes all the way down to the roots. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I should check for? Thanks in advance for the advice!
