First time doing CB&C in an instant pot, but OMG the cabbage salad!

Well, I had the timing off a bit, using the instant pot for the first time, but everything pretty much came out OK.....Rather than ave the soggy cabbage, when the meat and veges were done, I just plopped some shredded cabbage into the cooking water for a couple of minutes to wilt it and added bleau cheese, pistachio nuts and some turkey bacon (optional), and OMG!!!!! Heaven!

So much better than mushy cabbage on the side!
