Which of these three bathroom layouts should I choose?
Comments (8)Thanks everyone for your responses! techiestar: Great idea on the towel rack, and thanks so much for the photo! Much appreciated catherini: Yes, to tub or not to tub is quite a dilemma. I think I'm going to stick with the tub. Who knows? Maybe someday I'll need to soak with Epsom salts. coolbeans: I agree, I won't do #2. debbiejoy: Totally agree about having natural light in the bathroom. I'm going to switch option #3 around so that the bath is on the other wall. That way, I can have as big a window as I want. (Yes, we are putting a new window in, so we can have whatever size we like.) sandiandjerry: Yikes! I didn't notice that!!! The last thing I need is the bathroom door opening to reveal the (ta da!) toilet. mongoct: Bingo! That is precisely what I'm going to do. - - - - Again, thanks so much. Problem solved! Yaaaaaaaaay for this forum!!! (I don't know how I ever lived without it!)...See MoreWhich washer & dryer should I choose?
Comments (4)If you look at some of the older posts this question has been asked numerous times. You probably have done your research and are now more confused than when you started. Don't worry this happens to everyone. The way I would choose a washer is determine first how much money do you want to spend? Then look at how you use your current washer? What cycles and features do you use? Now go and look at washers and dryers. Look carefully at each one to make sure it has the cycles and features you want. For instance, some FL units don't have a rinse/spin option. Some washers "dumb down" the water temperature as it enters the machine. This should make your shopping much easier....See MoreWhich doors should I choose?
Comments (27)White would be my choice too but only because I have lived with dark stained woodwork and doors for close to twenty years. I am sick to death of the dark look. The doors are wood even though they are hollow core and the grain is very nice but I would replace it all if DH weren't so stubborn....See Morewhich door color should I choose?
Comments (3)green! I don't think exterior has to match interior. It seems that the exterior needs to be somewhat classic, or subdued, while the interior can be changed at the drop of a hat....See Morefifamom
