Minor renovation in master bathroom... help!!

We started a minor renovation in the master bathroom by removing a monster built in spa tub. After removing the floor tiles around the tub base, we realized the adjacent shower is leaking. The shower is in a corner with two walls and a glass surround & door.

The floor tiles are 12 x 12 porcelain... in a somewhat neutral tone & subtle pattern. The same tile was used on the sides of the shower walls with an almond 2" tile on the shower floor. We had enough tiles to repair the space from the spa tub, but not enough to repair the shower.

Since these tiles are discontinued and there is quite a bit of flooring (closet, water closet & arched niche area), what opinion do you have on just replacing the shower tiles with a solid subway... perhaps a 4 x 12? Perhaps marry the floor to the shower floor, or shower niche? Any suggestions?

By the way, there is a new white custom vanity on order... And, I was planning on a white quartz for the counter top material. Any input would be appreciated.
