Do doors next to each other need to be in a straight line?

I have this narrow lot (8x21m) where I want to build a stand-alone, two-storey 5x12m house. Now I decide to have a universal bathroom at the back right next to the kitchen. But the universal bathroom doesn't have the same length as the kitchen (bathroom's length is 2.5m, kitchen's is 3m). I put the sink and a partion wall in front of the bathroom so we don't see the bathroom door directly from the living/dining area and to avoid straight line with the front door.

Should I let the bathroom and kitchen doors as in the drawing or should I make them the same length or should I move the bathroom forward by 0.5m and give the extra space to the back garden?

Also, I'd like to move the staircase towards the back of the house by 1m so I can make it L-shaped without being directly next to the front door. What can I do with the 1x2.5m space? I can't move the living room to the front because it will affect the second floor's layout too much.

Sorry about this poor drawing, but hope this helps my description:
