The sheers on your window do nothing since you have blinds. I would look for blackout drapes that bring in the color from your bedding. It is a very warm rich color. A color should be repeated in 3 areas of a room to keep your eyes moving around the room not fixated in one area. Sorry to post so many times, I can't add or edit posts from my old iPad.

Artwork should be about 2/3 width of bed; queen bed is 60 inches so go for something around 40 inches wide? Can be one or two pictures, but one big pic is generally easier to hang etc. Target, Ross, World Market, TJ Maxx all have nice big art that might work....just look for cream not ultra white in the art; and if it makes your hear sing, go for it......any type would probably work in the room....the corners will get taken are of. Get the bed and nightstands in place and curtains hung, (check out Houzz.com or youtube to see how and where to hang curtains before you go shopping so you have an idea of what is what) This room has oil rubbed bronze curtains with long curtains, check for your room, large print over the bed, check, lamps are taller than headboard, which is a look you want, check and you could do lamps in your chosen accent color, cream, silver, brass. first and see if you like it; one decision generally means you might have two options or none for the next decision....the curtains will frame the room and soften the window angles and if the curtain color is similar to headboard it will give the room a more cohesive look; you want items to look like they go together....even when not a perfect match; avoid perfect match, rather blend is better I think. Here is another room.....large dark curtain rod, curtains hung behind bed and nightstand as an example. Quirky corner decor and corner windows with interesting curtain placement......lamps same height as headboard counting finials! Nicely made bed that relates to wall color; an idea you might consider if you cannot find curtains to match head board....a lot of cool ideas in room you might want to consider.....love the tiny chair in front of the plant stand..... PS I went to more info for this picture and it seemed that the client had the sheets already and matched/blended the paint color to the sheets.....so another custom look for little investment.....fun room with quirky corner! wow, you have been busy. its looking great and 100% agree that the new nightstand and moving the tall dresser away from the sleeping area made such a big difference. the art above the bed is great too. the bench below the window in the office area also made a huge difference. as for the color change for the dressers, I wonder if white will wash out the room a bit as you have a lot of light colors like the wall color and carpet. i still like the idea of using the color of the blue console in the office on other pieces. a darker or brighter color will pop a bit more against the wall color... another idea to bring some more pattern or texture in the room is to use wallpaper on the drawer fronts and paint the rest of the piece, maybe in this case you could paint the piece white.

Hi! This seems so trivial but I’m really struggling to select a duvet cover and coverlet/quilt for our master bedroom that coordinates well with the C&B Danielle king channel headboard with storage base in Van Gogh fog which is a dark almost charcoal like gray in a velvet like fabric. I’m struggling to find something that I think looks good with it. we’re renovating our first house and I don’t have a great imagination, but we have dark hardwoods and our nightstands and dressers will be a dark dark wood like espresso. We will have a cream gray rug on the floor. I want a spa like feel, but don’t want to go to dark or “to neutral”. Any suggestions for color or color combos for the duvet are appreciated! We will have true white sheets. See pics below -
