What sealer to keep Brazilian cherry floors as light as possible?

Hello I have brazilian cherry floors. Last time we got them done we stained them ebony and I hate them. They are beautiful but you can see every tiny grain of salt. This time I think it’s best we go natural. I need a strategy to keep them as light as possible and keep the red to a minimum. Many have advised me to go with 3 Bona HD (I have 3 kids and a dog). What do you think about 4 coats? As far as the sealer, I called Bona. They recommend Naturale or Intense. They prefer Intense for Brazilian cherry bc they say Naturale sometimes makes it cloudy. However Intense apparently could make it darker/redder. Anyone have any opinions/advice or experience w this? Thanks!! I’m in Florida btw.
