Meatloaf for a large potluck

I'm planning a main dish for a large potluck party of 50-70 people. (Dishes were assigned by last name). Among the main dishes there are always plenty of pasta-based casseroles, so I'm planning something a little different --- meatloaf!

My plan is to pre-bake 2 loaves at home. Then, after they cool, cut them lengthwise down the middle then crosswise to create about 16 pieces per loaf and layer them in a large pan. About 1 hour before leaving home, re-heat the slices in the oven set to 300F with marinara sauce drizzled on top (covered tightly to allow to steam), then remove cover and top with grated Parmesan cheese for the last 10 minutes. Cover tightly with foil and take to the party (about 10 minute drive).

I already have a favorite meatloaf recipe, so what I'm seeking is the best way to take slices ready to dish up.
