We are finally ready to furnish and decorate our long living room but we are not sure of what the right layout would be. The couch we are getting rid of and buying new furniture, the tv stand may stay or go depending on layout and where the tv ends up being placed. We would like to put a dining table at the other end of the room but we are unsure of size and shape. The ceiling fan hanging will also be replaced. Thinking of keeping a couch along the windows, we want to optimize seating for when we have friends and family over. The fire place is also off center so a couch on the window side seems to work better, but open to any ideas! Overall Dimensions are Length 23 ft. 4 in. Width 13 ft 7 in. Thank you!!!
