Comments (10)Here are the pictures for reference Thank you all so much for the ideas. I'll send you the picture of my current furniture layout when i get a chance. What color rug do you suggest? I have light gray walls. Would something like this look good? https://www.wayfair.com/rugs/pdp/bungalow-rose-annabel-light-bluefuchsia-area-rug-bgls4800.html?piid=31131747 And also i'm not sure about the color of the furniture. I'm looking for a more modern look and light weight furniture and want to have more space for kids to play. Also i'm thinking of getting Cellular shades for now and later install curtains. Does light gray or Darker gray do well with this layout? Any furniture ideas and rug ideas i would really appreciate :) Thank all for your suggestions i really appreciate all your inputs on this....See Moreliving room design ideas
Comments (8)Do you think there is a way to center the loveseat on your window? It throws off the room if you cannot center it. With the large scale of your furnishings, IMO there is no place for the painted white table. The sofa and loveseat should have a good size coffee table in front to anchor the seating area. Comments (5)Is your TV above the fireplace? I think that is what I am seeing and if so I will assume this is your main room and where you view TV and spend family time? Your TV location really limits your furniture arrangement possibilities since it will be the focus of the space and it appears from the photos that the majority of the space in the room is down at the opposite end. Rather that a 3d rendering it would help more if you could draw out the floor plan of the room with measurements and show us that....See MoreLiving Room Design Ideas
Comments (19)Posting mostly to see at right the 2 windows with table / chairs [yours could be bigger]. Flip the white sofa and upholstered chairs... sort of: The conversation arc: place furniture so that people can easily hear one another. 8 feet (244 cm) is ideal; larger rooms may need to be broken into seating groups. Circulation paths need 30 - 36" (77-91 cm) of clear width. You can place coffee or cocktail tables as close as 12" (30 cm) from the edge of the seating. Other furnishings might need at least 24" (61 cm) between pieces for people to easily move about....See MoreManon Floreat
