Have you used a "specialty drycleaner"

So, I indulged myself by buying a beautiful cashmere turtleneck (in July in Santa Fe, of course; when else would you be looking for a turtleneck?). I just had the occasion to wear it, and i spilled some champagne on it.


Crisis.


I know many people swear by hand-washing cashmere. But this is an ombre cashmere so it might be different, IDK. The mfr says this:



Now I don't get a lot of things drycleaned, but the place I go to just sends it out I think. I am considering finding a "specialty drycleaner" ... but what even is that? Have you used one? Should I seek one out?
