Hydrogen Peroxide on Fungus Gnats

So there are a few more gnats flying around the plants. they are mainly in the rescue fiddle one I bought not the new rubber plant. i find it weird because I repotted it in to new soil. Now, ive read that I need to use hydrogen peroxide to kill the larvae. I dont see any in the soil they must be very deep down eat the roots! :(( I am wondering if I can just completely remove the root ball and place it in hydrogen peroxide and repot to new soil... I might not be able to kill them all if I still use the same soil. What’s the best option?
