As of 9-17-18 there have been changes and NOT for the better! Tide F/G he turbo has SLS listed as 2nd ing., scrolling down there's sodium lauryl sulfate, and further down is sodium laurate. No suds suppressors. protease replaced with subtilisin.

Reg. tide f/g has some added enzymes not much different than the he version.

Tide with Bleach looks to be about the same, just a different activator.

I would not want to try their heturbo versions if I had a He machine, heck, I don't want to try one in my nonhe SQ. I really liked the f/g turbo liquid. Now I suppose I'll have to go through the TROUBLE of trying to find some other low, very low sudsing f/g. Anybody got any ideas? I've tried all f/g in the past and it's just to sudsy. I need something that good with body oils and odors, hubby can get a little "gamy" at times, working outside, ect.

I just don't P&G, if they are trying to compete with Persil, seems to me, they going in the wrong direction. Arragh!! rant over.

I also recommend the ALL Plus F&C from Costco. It works surprisingly well and isn't too sudsy. I also really like ALL F&C Powder. It's an excellent detergent that is great at removing body oils and is very low sudsing and very clean rinsing.

Hi Cheryl, nice to see you again also! It's been a busy summer so far and haven't had much time to comment on either sight. I did today on aw as well. You know how it is, getting tired of using the same detergents. As far as my little son, its interesting. When he was very little I was able to use any detergent. About a year and a half ago he reacted when I put oxy clean into his laundry. Now he has reacted to anything except certain free and clears. As far as all the others in our family, I love Persil pearls for whites and lights. So I'm sticking with that. Just thought I'd try era on other things being I'm getting tired of the new tide original scent which I happen to like because it's more mild than the old original to my nose, lol! I always loved the era scent, but a few years back I felt like they changed something in it and I haven't used it since. So I'm just wondering if I should add to my collection and try era again if it works well. I have a daughter coming home from sleep away camp soon and i am wondering if it will work well on everything except her whites. For that I'll use Persil pearls. Either I'll try it or just stick with the tide and stpp. Hope to speak to you again soon. Take care, Beth

Remember when Angel perfume hit the market and suddenly everything with a smell turned sickly sweet? In the last 1-2 years, the trend is to smell like men's cologne. Candles, AXE and other body washes, even the scents they spray in retail stores have that patchouli/vanilla/oud like base (see Tide Ultra).

There is a special new version of All Free & Clear at Costco that is chock full of enzymes, and is supposed to be just like Old Tide Free & Gentle. I think you should give it a try, and if you don’t like it - you can easily return it.

Are you able to use Tide F&G Pods?

Just want to add that I've been using the ALL Free and Clear with Oxi liquid from Costco that Rolando mentioned and frankly, it does a better job for us than Tide F&G liquid or powder removing body oils and funk. It suds less so far too. I was prepared to return it if it didn't clean well enough, but it's doing a great job. So, there's that to try. I can't get a suds going from Grab Green, which is a nice relief, but I have to use too many of them in my Speed Queen top loader. They end up being too spendy for us. Daughter loves Grab Green for her sheets in front loading coin-op washing machines. I buy her a nice supply since she likes them so much. Lavender is her fav.

@ roc, yes, I'm thinking about GrabGreen. I saw some powder free/clear on Amazon that caught my eye..

@ Pat, maybe check the dates on the bottle, I'm thinking anything before 2018 should be ok. I'm going to and get a few bottles of the turbo version.

@mama, the activator is sodium phenylnonanoate sulfonate, they list it as a wash aid, whitens and brightens clothes.

@ rolando, sea and littlegreeny, I don't have a Costco in my area. Pods would be my last resort. Is the All plus f/c available elsewhere? I'll check Walmart for the powder. Greeny, do you know what the ingredients for the All plus liquid and powder are?

It drives me nuts when researching I get different ingredients list for same product. Where are the rest of you getting the ingredients for Tide products?

I don't know if this improved formula of ALL comes in pods. I bet our resident expert on things like this, Greeny would know.

Mamapinky, I got it from the Tide website. Clicked on Tide with Bleach powder, clicked on Smartlable for ingredients. Clicked on sodium phenylnonanoate sulfonate and it said the same as when NOBS was listed. You are a member of AW. I wish you would ask the Laundress when you feel up to it. I've searched sps and can't find anything that would be helpful.

Bea hang tight. Our Greeny knows ingredients. But I'm sure its a surfactant. But if the activator is gone....NOT GOOD.

Kroger had All detergent on for 99 cents so I bought 3 bottles of stain fighter and a couple bags of the pods. I've never used All before. Not sure if they even have enzymes. I thought I read on Diaper univertsity that they did not, but read elsewhere that the stain fighter formula does have one enzyme. Sam's club has a speial premium All detergent that is supposed to be better even than the stain fighter one.

Here are the ingredients for the All Plus available at Costco:

I believe this is the same formula as the new All F&C with Odor Lifters but can't confirm for sure as I can't find that ingredient sheet on their website.

And they only posted the regular All powder ingredients:

The F&C powder should be the same ingredients, minus the perfume and dye.

@beaglenc, I don't think that All Plus is available anywhere else. One idea would be to attempt to order it through Google Express, or... Costco Online. I feel like shipping would make it $$$, which is unfortunate because it's like $10 at the moment in store, but it's an option.

I did take a look at Sams Club, and their version of All F&C is completely different from Costco's. @littlegreeny, might be correct about the All being the same as the "Odor Lifter" and if he is - you'd be able to find it @ Walmart or Target.

Thank you little greeny. That makes me feel better about buying them. If they had no enzymes at all, I know where I would be using some of my STPP when it comes in.

I would still love to know what the ingredients are in Sears Ultra Plus that makes it work so good.
