White quartz countertops that aren't creamy in natural light

Me

We thought we had it easy - the plan is bright white kitchen cabinets with white quartz countertops that have a subtle bit of grey veining.

However, when looking at slabs in a warehouse, we totally got mixed up with how some of them look very yellowish/creamy in undertone compared to a bright white cabinet. But the overhead lights are so bright it's hard to tell what it would look like in regular house lighting.

We will have large floor to ceiling windows in our future kitchen, so it will get a good amount of sunlight. But not as glaring light as the florescent warehouse lights.

Years back, we chose granite in warehouse lighting that looked white/creamy and nice against our cabinet sample, and when it was installed, it had a grey/green undertone that didn't quite look right in natural lighting. We don't want to make the same mistake again.

If you have bright white cabinets and quartz countertops, what specific brand and color did you pick? Would love to see photos if you have them!
